Try to use a valid proxy while submitting your ebooks. I don't want to gloat about how much I've earned from using this method, but let me assure you that you shouldn't have any problems seeing 4 digits per day once you get the hang of this. I've now moved on to other methods, but being a human being, still appreciates a thanks now and then and the ever so obvious webmaster referrals commissions.
